My Journey
I discovered my passion for UX design while working in Higher Education, where I was part of a project developing a new website for the Office of Housing and Residential Education. It was there that I was introduced to human-computer interaction and user-centered design by a professional UX designer, who recognized my potential and offered me an opportunity to dive deeper into the field. Since then, I’ve actively pursued UX design, thriving in collaborative environments where I work alongside cross-functional teams and users to create solutions that align with both business goals and user needs.
My Projects
I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, from mobile apps and websites to enterprise software, each bringing its own set of challenges and learning experiences. Notable projects include redesigning a credit app to enhance user experience, developing a customer service chatbot for AT&T, and creating a responsive support site for DIRECTV. My skill set spans user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and visual design, allowing me to contribute at every stage of the design process.
My Interests
I’m always looking for new challenges that push me to grow as a designer. Lately, I’ve been drawn to the intersection of design and emerging technologies like AI and augmented reality. Beyond design, I’m deeply involved in writing, event planning, music, and filming, and I enjoy experimenting with graphic design and illustration. My passion for the creative process drives my work and fuels my dedication to every project I take on.
